Yes. The passenger app ships under your name, logo and brand colours, on both the App Store and Google Play. Customers download “your” app, not CAB-X. We handle the store submissions for you.
In-app card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed through Stripe. Cash bookings still appear in the app for tracking, paid to the driver on drop-off. Operators settle automatically with drivers from the dispatch portal.
Yes. Once a job is assigned, the passenger sees the driver name, vehicle plate, and a live map of the car approaching, with ETA updated in real time. After drop-off they get a digital receipt by email or SMS.
Yes. Saved addresses, frequent routes and one-tap rebooks are built in. School-run and commuter customers especially love this, it cuts most repeat bookings to 2 taps.
The app supports system text scaling, VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers, and high-contrast mode. We follow WCAG accessibility guidelines as a baseline and continue tightening based on customer feedback.
